The Friends of the Driftwood Public Library is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the support and enhancement of library services.
The Friends of Driftwood Public Library is an all-volunteer organization that collects used books and sells them in a book store in the back room of the library. Book donations are welcome! If you have a large number of books to donate, please call ahead to arrange a time: 541-996-1215.
Dues are $10 per year for a single or family membership. You can pick up a membership form and learn more at the library’s front desk, or by visiting us at the Friends of the Library Bookstore.
Programs supported by the Friends include:
Hours: Every Monday from 10am - 2pm (Book Sale is not open if Library is closed).
Book Prices: Children's .25, pocketbooks .50, hardback and softcover books $1.00. We have individually priced sections for coffee table books, book sets, rare books, and signed books. We also have VHS tapes for .50, DVDs for $2.00, and CDs for $1.00
All proceeds go to support the library and its many programs.
