About The Friends

The Friends of the Driftwood Public Library is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the support and enhancement of library services.

Enjoy helping with our successful ongoing community project. The Friends of Driftwood Public Library is an all volunteer organization that collects used books and sells them in a book store in the back room of the library. All book donations are welcomed.

Dues are $10 per year for a single or family membership. Come in to the library Book Sale Room for a membership form and further details.

Join us for our meetings on the second Wednesday of each month at 10:15am in the Fischer Room.

Book Store

Hours: Every Monday and the 3rd Saturday of each month from 10am - 2pm (Book Sale is not open if Library is closed).

Book Prices: Children's .25, pocketbooks .50, hardback and softcover books $1.00. We have individually priced sections for coffee table books, book sets, rare books, and signed books. We also have VHS tapes for .50, DVDs for $2.00, and CDs for $1.00

All proceeds go to support the library and its many programs.
