Today our server in Tillamook failed. This means that until it is repaired, some of our services will be limited.

The biggest set back is our ability to check items in. We would like to ask for your help in this. As most of you are aware, Driftwood hasn't charged fines for overdue items in a couple years. We are asking our patrons to refrain from returning items to the library or to either of our bookdrops (downstairs and in Lincoln Beach) until our system is running at full capacity. There will be no repercussions for returning items late, and you can ignore any courtesy notices you reserve via email until we're back up. Once we are up and running again, we will send a follow-up to this email, and also post notices on our website and on our Facebook page.
We really appreciate your help during this period: this will greatly reduce the possibility of mistakes when we come back to full operational capacity, and reduce the backlog for staff and volunteers as well.
